NatureFootage - Licensing Associate
From 2012-2015 I was in a role focused on clients & footage licensing. My prior role, as the only Metadata, Content & Curation Assistant, was focused on footage contributors (vendors) & processing incoming footage submissions.
As the only Licensing Associate at NatureFootage during this time, I was responsible for the majority of footage research for clients. I also handled most of the client database management, as well as collection of client project details (for the two licensing managers & COO to use in negotiating with & prioritizing clients). The projects seeking footage & pricing ranged from documentaries & educational exhibits to advertisements & feature films (see list of some of the projects below).
Additionally, as Licensing Associate, I handled technical troubleshooting for clients and created training materials for new NatureFootage team members. I was the only employee at NatureFootage from autumn 2013 until autumn 2014, during which time I handled research, pricing & clearances, orders, accounts receivable, and database management for almost all clients. I was also responsible for assisting the CEO with migrating CRMs and in charge of customizing the parts of the new CRM related to clients.
